Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares were disposed of in connection with the underwritten secondary offering of shares by Green Investment Alpha Limited ("Green Investment Alpha"), pursuant to the terms of an underwriting agreement dated August 21, 2023, entered into by Landsea Homes Corporation, Green Investment Alpha as the selling stockholder and B. Riley Securities, Inc., as representative of the several underwriters named therein. Green Investment Alpha is 100% directly owned by Heng Yang Holdings Development Ltd., which in turn is 100% directly owned by Mr. Yongjian Zuo, who also has a pecuniary interest in such shares.
