On January 19, 2022, Landsea Homes Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s acquisition of Hanover Family Builders, LLC, a Florida-based homebuilder, on January 18, 2022, a copy of which is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto.
