In a press release issued on March 19, 2024, Landsea Homes Corporation announced that it has priced its previously announced offering of $300,000,000 of 8.875% Senior Notes due 2029 (the “Notes”) in a private offering.

 

The Notes are being offered only to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States under Regulation S under the Securities Act.
