GRANT-VALKARIA, Fla., May 17, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) ("Landsea Homes" or the "Company"), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that it has closed on 108 new homesites in the Eagle Crest gated community located in Grant-Valkaria, Florida.

Construction will begin in December 2021 and sales are expected to commence at the end of this year.
