Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties To Redevelop Upper West Side Synagogue Into 14-Story Residential Building

Global Development Company Partners with New York Developer to Develop a Top-of-the-Line Manhattan Boutique Condominium at 212 W. 93rd Street

MANHATTAN, N.Y., Sept. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Landsea Homes is partnering with Leyton Properties to develop a 14-story luxury residential building on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Plans for the boutique property include replacing the existing Shaare Zedek Synagogue at 212 West 93rd Street. The new building will comprise 20 unique, luxury condominiums, many of which will offer expansive terraces and outdoor living areas that are usually only available for penthouses. Most homes will feature private elevator access and all will offer floor-to-ceiling windows. The residences will sit above a 9,350-square-foot facility for the new synagogue.

Landsea and Leyton have put together a team of international planners, architects and designers for this unique project. Eran Chen of the world renowned firm ODA is leading the architectural design and Grade New York is the Interior Design Firm.
